ZRH-F(X) Series Machine-use Smart Sensor Tightening tool
One-piece pure metal threaded locking aviation plug provides higher stability and service life guarantee; power aviation plug, high and low voltage independent wiring design, data transmission is farther and more stable
Aviation aluminum alloy shell, high strength and light weight; built-in force sensor, optional single torque sensor or torque and assembly composite force sensor
Tool clamping installation, the base has its own external thread, which can be quickly integrated with the integrated nail suction module
Push up to change quickly, built-in spring buffer, safer and more stable
All models support standard bit, which is economical, convenient and easy to obtain
The actual force output can be detected in real time to achieve closed-loop control of the force
Can support two-dimensional force detection of tightening torque and assembly pressure
Available in 0.05~50.0 Nm torque output
Available from 0 to 1800 rpm arbitrary
The range accuracy can be stably controlled at ± 5% , CMK ≥ 1.67 (± 5 % 6- Sigma)
Use high energy density hollow cup brushless motor to provide higher performance output
The weight of the micro-torque tool body is less than 270 g
and the ground resistance of the entire system including the controller and cables is less than 4Ω.

Multiple tools at the same workstation can communicate with each other to achieve multi-axis tightening
